Vibra adopts "AI First" strategy to transform the Premmia customer experience with Yuno technology

Payment orchestration partnership boosts approval rates by 20% and ensures efficiency for 5 million monthly transactions at Petrobras Gas Stations

Vibra adopts "AI First" strategy to transform the Premmia customer experience with Yuno technology

Rio de Janeiro, April 22, 2026 – Premmia, the loyalty program of the Petrobras Gas Stations network and a licensee of Vibra – Brazil's largest fuel distributor and Top of Mind in lubricants – has consolidated its payment infrastructure through a strategic partnership with Yuno, a global payment orchestrator. Since operations began, the project has achieved an increase of over 20% in the transaction approval rate and has processed more than 8 million transactions. The solution centralizes the management of multiple acquirers and payment methods in a single interface, ensuring that the ecosystem of nearly 8,000 gas stations can support the growing volume of digital payments with high availability.

The integration is part of Vibra's AI First strategy, which seeks to reduce friction in the consumer journey and modernize Premmia's technological architecture. By using Yuno's intelligent routing, we deliver a better user experience and increase the approval rate with smart retries, connecting to more than a thousand global payment methods. The technology enables real-time transaction recovery and the integration of new methods, such as wallets and tokens, with simplified technical agility.

"Yuno solved the complexity of managing multiple providers, allowing Premmia to operate with a single integration. Our platform delivers the robustness needed to process 5 million monthly transactions, optimizing routing so that Vibra achieves the best financial and technical performance in every payment attempt," says Walter Campos, General Manager of Yuno in Latin America.

For Vibra, the partnership is a foundational pillar for scaling the loyalty program. "With Yuno, we have taken full control of our payment orchestration, which is directly reflected in the customer experience at the pump. We have managed to increase the approval rate and ensure faster, more secure navigation, preparing Premmia for future layers of personalization and artificial intelligence–based services," highlights Mariana Santarém, Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience.

The continuation of the partnership now focuses on evolving the ecosystem toward predictive models, using Yuno's data intelligence to anticipate consumer needs and offer transactional concierge services. By transforming the payment flow into a strategic layer of intelligence, the alliance not only optimizes operational costs but also consolidates Petrobras Gas Stations as a hub of technology and digital convenience, where the financial efficiency of orchestration translates into greater retention and value for the program's more than 21 million users.
